du hast im genannten Bild meine Löschung wegen Urheberrechtsverletzung mit der Begründung entfernt [1], dass eine Erlaubniserteilung offen sei. Das ist nun 9 Tage her. Wie sieht es hier aus? Gibt es die wirklich? Unabhängig davon, ob es die gibt, ist die Nennung des Urhebers selbst fehlerhaft. Die dargestellte Person selbst wird das Bild nicht aufgenommen haben. Dort fehlt also der korrekte Rechteinhaber. Und das lässt sich nicht durch Erlaubniserteilung heilen sondern müsste in der Beschreibung korrigiert werden. Mistaken deletion of Indian state flags?

Hi, I would like to ask whether File:Flag of Jammu and Kashmir.svg, File:Flag of Gujarat.svg, & File:Flag of Rajasthan.svg were mistakenly deleted or is there a reason that was not stated in the deletion log. Your log misattributed these to be uploaded by Toriplanet instead of Sagoshader, but the deletion request for these flags (not the most recent one) were closed 3 years ago, which decided to keep them due to the reasons stated in it. Were there new reasons for them to be deleted, or was it just a mistake? If it was a mistake, perhaps you would know how to revert that? Thanks AromaticWaffle (talk) 12:12, 7 March 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I honestly can't tell why these files were deleted with the wrong attribution. We use some script to do mass deletes (like the uploads mentioned in the linked request for deletion), maybe there was some hickup while using the script. Hi Polarlys. It seems the deletion of File:Apian, Rechenbüch, Ingolstadt, 1527, Cossic symbols.jpg was a mistake. Commons:Deletion requests/File:Peter Apian, 1527, f. 195r or 196r, Cossic symbols.jpg was requesting the deletion of File:Peter Apian, 1527, f. 195r or 196r, Cossic symbols.jpg, a duplicate of it. File deleted

Hello. I saw from en-wiki that this file was deleted File:Nagorno-Karabakh fuel depot explosion.jpg. Is it possible to request undeletion and solve the copyright issues? Does the file need a different source to be copyright free? KhndzorUtogh (talk) 07:28, 6 April 2026 (UTC)

Hi, I note that you've just deleted this as spam. In a DR with only two contributions, one either way.

Can you please point to our policy on COM:SPAM. In particular the part that states images of commercial products should be deleted for no other reason than that they're sourced from the product maker. We do not, AFAIK, have such a policy. Andy Dingley (talk) 09:52, 6 April 2026 (UTC)

What to say about the only and unused upload of an account with the file description “*** Bikes are a new brand specialising in the manufacture of balance bikes for children.”?
